OBJECTIVE:

If you're looking to make a change, and not just any change - a HARD BODY change - This month's RYAN RAW: 'Get Hard' workout is the video workout for you.

You will challenge every part of your body by working every muscle group to give you maximum results. 'Get Hard' is a big promise, and this workout delivers.

'Get Hard' is broken down into four incredible weekly 25-minute or less Kettlebell and Bodyweight interval workouts, each focusing on a different section of your body -

lean toned shoulders, biceps and triceps. 

Complete each workout once a week for the next 30 days. Every Workout is different, so you will never get bored or tired of Ryan's jokes...
