You don’t have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces – just good food from fresh ingredients.

Healthy TV Dinners:

  • Chicken Breast
  • Baby Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Seasonings
  • Foil

Simply take 2 pieces of foil and criss-cross them. Spray canola or olive oil so the food doesn’t stick. Place one chicken breast at the center of the foil, add baby carrots and cut up potatoes on top. Drizzle olive oil on top of the chicken and vegetables. Season with your favorite spices. Fold up each piece of foil, making a pocket within a pocket to seal in the flavors and juices. Bake at 400 degrees for one hour. Slide onto a plate and you have a delicious, healthy meal with very little effort!
