MON

Burn Fat, Blast Every Muscle in your Body and Test your fitness level with this Challenging 15 Minute Kettlebell Workout.

WED

A 17 minute intense total body workout that blends dynamic compound strength moves with focused cardio bursts so that you Build Muscle and push your Fat Melting like never before.

FRI

Get your game face on and let's train! Pure and Simple hardcore fat burning and core building exercises. You will cycle between 45 seconds of a resistance exercise, cardio and an abdomimal exercise. It is best to use 2 kettlebells for this workout, a heavier KB for the multi muscle lifts, and a lighter KB for isolation movements.

Week #2: 

MON

23 minute workout. If you want results and are up for the challenge…get ready! This exciting new workout will push you to your limits, torch fat, tighten your body, define your core, and increase your stamina!

WED

A 23 minute unique low impact metabolic circuit workout that mixes functional training with compound exercises, dynamic movement, variation of exercise sequences, angles, movement patterns, and rep speeds. You’ll keep moving from exercise to exercise in a unique Circuit Ladder approach with very little breaks in between. The sequencing gets your natural 'fountian of youth' growth hormone fired up while shedding body fat and shaping muscles.

FRI

You've never pushed your muscles like this before. This 35 minute KB MUSCLE workout takes the best of old-school and new-school bodybuilding and fuses it with a breakthrough in sports science called R.A.M.P Training®.

Bonus

Double Kettlebell RAMP 66: 6 Exercises. 6 Circuits, 10 - 20 reps each movement, Minimal Rest Between Circuits. This is a great workout to gauge what kind of fitness level you are at. If your in-shape 15 min finish time puts you at a very high fitness level, anything over 18 minutes means you have some work to do.

Ryan gets serious about sculpting your body in this 37 minute Kettlebell workout.
Required: wrist bands, Kettlebell, medium size towel

WED

Ryan's wife visits the workout liar for the most kick a$$ 25 minute Cardio ABS workout yet. Are you up for the challenge? Ryan says "You better be". Required: Kettlebell and Medium sized towel.

FRI

30 Minute Kettlebell Workout: No muscle left unsculpted in this Rocky workout montage of kettlebell exercises. Get your game face on, keep your eye on the prize and get kettlebell mad!!! Required single kettlebell (heavy one preffered)

Timed Challenge Workout: 10 Double Kettlebell Back Step Lunge, 10 Double Kettlebell Push Press, 10 Double Kettlebell Bent Over Rows. Repeat with 9 reps,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1... See how long this will take you. It's TOUGH with double 35's or 50's

MON

30 minute R.A.M.P Chest and Back specialization routine. Get Ready to break a sweat and blast your pecs and lats to perfection with my ultimate Chest and Back workout? Warning: Your muscles will be sore for 1-3 days afterwards ( but that means it's working)

20 Minute Kettlebell Workout that will give you a complete body pump and cardio challenge.

FRI
